1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Vibaji and its users. Vibaji is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Vibaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Vibaji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Use of Vibaji by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Vibaji may request a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. The account holder is liable for all activity that takes place on the account.

KYC Verification Process

Vibaji conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for security and legal compliance. This may be requested for large withdrawals or security-related reasons. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Payment Rules

Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit on Vibaji. All deposits must be made in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Payment Processing

Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited — deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from Vibaji, your account must be fully verified and the withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Standard members: Processed within 24 hours
• VIP members: processed within 6 hours
• Diamond VIP: Instant withdrawal

Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

Withdrawal requests may be rejected or delayed in the following circumstances:

• If KYC verification is not completed
• If bonus wagering requirements are not met
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• When withdrawing an amount exceeding your total deposits (in special cases)

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on Vibaji come with specific terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

Bonus Usage Rules

• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are not credited to your real balance until the wagering requirements have been met.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Vibaji:

Betting Limits

• Minimum bet: Set individually per game (typically ৳10)
• Maximum bet: determined by account level and game type
• Maximum win limit: ৳5,00,000 on a single bet

Bet Cancellation Rules

Bets may be voided and stakes refunded in the following circumstances:

• If a game or match is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault
• If a match or event is cancelled
• If a bet is accepted with incorrect odds or erroneous information (Vibaji reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases)

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, the bet may be accepted at the updated odds or cancelled entirely — this is a normal part of the process.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vibaji and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multi-Account: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using any method to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Exploiting system bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Software: Use of bots or automated programs.
• Third-party payments: Using a payment method registered in someone else's name.
